[13:51]akh: That's only shown for top-level comments, not message threads.
[13:51]akh: Tried uploading to a top-level comment and then including it in a thread comment. That worked until I deleted the top-level comment.
[13:51]akh: HOWEVER, saving the thread comment then editing it DOES show the upload option.
