[16:05]cethyel: hi Slávek. tde-guidance, can we add in the source all the kcm_*config.cpp files (mountconfig, serviceconfig...) that were already processed by pytdeextensions during a build time made with setup.py? from what understand, all these files are made with a single template https://mirror.git.trinitydesktop.org/gitea/TDE/pytdeextensions/src/branch/master/src/tdedistutils.py#L867 the differences are slim amongst them, only the definition for MODULE_NAME and FACTORY differ https://mirror.git.trinitydesktop.org/gitea/TDE/pytdeextensions/src/branch/master/src/tdedistutils.py#L894 . I don't remember where but I know that we already have cpp files that were processed by bison/lex somewhere so we don't process those files anymore, we just use them.
[16:09]Slávek: You can find for bison/flex usage in kscope.
[16:09]Slávek: If I remember corretly, kscope is better example than abakus.
[16:11]cethyel: what I mean is, I don't know how to produce those files, but I noticed that they're all made from the same template with only two different definitions, for the time being I've been using those kcm*.cpp files in my PR
[16:15]Slávek: If kcm_*.cpp are generated at build time, there is probably correctly that these are not part of the source code.
[16:15]cethyel: there's not connection between bison/lex kscope and tde-guidance but that we may use those files as-is instead of rebuilding them again, (I don't know how to make them)
[16:26]cethyel: holy crap! I have to read about ython, python module, etc...
[16:27]Slávek: Python is a thing I really don't like... :)
[16:31]cethyel: from what i see It's quite different than c++, furthermore everywhere on the web, you read "be a beginner, learn Python!" I can't define It accurately but I have a mixed felling with this language :|
[16:32]Slávek: I can define it - I have a resistance to this language :)
[16:35]cethyel: because you're a Perl zeelot ;-)
[16:36]cethyel: I'll have an icecream, too much frustration, see you later!
[16:36]Slávek: Yes, I'm like a mammoth. I prefer Perl because Perl syntax is similar to C, C++ :)
[16:36]cethyel: :)
