[07:10]pitriss: SlavekB: Hi, is there any way to raise "feature requests" for kopete? As I found https://delta.chat/ and I found this really awesome idea and it could be simpler to implement as its based on imap. Kopete is lacking protocol support as most of them are just obsolete/already decomissioned. And those OSS and most of times secure protocols could be great way of futureproofing of kopete.
[07:11]pitriss: There are also other projects like tox, jami etc that are possible adepts for adoption but I think way harder to implement.
[07:12]pitriss: My (naive) idea is to point to some interesting protocols so when some volunteer comes around, can see them and maybe start some work? (I wish to help here but my C++ skills are non existant unfortunately)
