[02:16] | tomman: killing it only causes it to spawn again, 100% CPU |
[02:16] | tomman: but if I kill aRTs, everything goes back to normal (except for TDE apps having no sound) |
[02:16] | tomman: other non-TDE apps play nice with Pulse |
[02:16] | tomman: Oh, this is Debian Stable on an old Thinkpad T40 (just doing a testdrive to decide if I commit on my daily driver 64-bit desktops) |
[02:17] | tomman: of course when Pulse/aRTs go 100% CPU, the entire desktop performance tanks badly |
