[12:30]dazed_confused: Hello all: a few issues I'm running into. First off, the screensaver isn't working properly. It drops momentarily into the screensaver I selected, then that goes away and just shows the desktop background. this is the preliminary stable rolling build, just for clarification
[12:38]micheleC: there is an option to hide/show the desktop windows. it's on the same settings page. could it be that?
[12:50]dazed_confused: I've had that option both checked and unchecked with same result.
[13:54]micheleC: is the screen locked when this happen? and what happens if you change your screensaver to a different one?

[22:48]gene: I was here earlier asking about an issue with the screensaver. It was resolved by running an update. I'm using the rolling preliminary stable build
[22:58]gene: I'm planning to use this machine for a production environment running the Reaper DAW. I notice in the sound settings I can either choose a bitrate of 8, 16, or "default". What exactly is default? Is it possible for this sound system to operate at higher bitrates than 16?
