Dialog for selecting a resource.
Example:
TQPtrList<Resource> list = ... // can be retrived from KRES::Manager (e.g. TDEABC::AddressBook)
TDEABC::Resource *res = TDEABC::SelectDialog::getResource( list, parentWdg );
if ( !res ) {
// no resource selected
} else {
// do something with resource
}
